Recently, Professor Dong Xianming, Professor of agricultural materials exchange, came to South China Agricultural Materials Research Center to guide Professor Zhou Xianming. Dr. Rothschild, deputy general manager of chuang'er biology, Dr. Lei Jing, director of medical device R & D center, and Li Yiheng, manager of medical device R & D center, attended the meeting.

This conference focused on summarizing the research progress of the key technology and industrialization of collagen hydrogel for 3D printing, and discussed the next stage work plan. The project is jointly carried out by chuang'er biology, South China Agricultural University and Hong Kong University of science and technology, and supported by the science and technology innovation Bureau of Guangzhou Development Zone. The project was officially launched in January 2018. After close cooperation with the research team for one year, we achieved some results in the preparation of collagen medical hydrogel formulations, preparation of 3D printing collagen dressings and performance studies.

Around the overall objectives of the project, participants expressed their opinions and reached a consensus on the follow-up work plan. At the same time, we hope to take this project as an opportunity to carry out a more in-depth and comprehensive industry university research cooperation by taking advantage of the technical advantages of colleges and universities and the industrialization and marketing resources of enterprises. On the one hand, it can speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities and turn science and technology into real productivity. On the other hand, it can reduce the pressure of scientific research of enterprises and help enterprises develop.
